Being an AI Architect at Moov AI
As an AI architect, you shape the technological direction of solutions and ensure the quality of deliverables.

You contribute to the identification and adoption of best practices with your colleagues in the technology leadership department. You serve as a technical resource for any questions.

In solution definition, you participate in workshops with clients to fully understand their needs and identify potential solutions that align with client characteristics. You evaluate potential projects from a technical perspective and provide proposals to clients. You define the solution's interface strategy and understand usability requirements.

Regarding project resolution, you iteratively deploy and adjust the technological strategy in the project, considering risks and constraints in the client environment. You, along with business stakeholders, ensure understanding of the technological and scientific approach, deliverable quality, and technological project risks. You contribute to keeping your team within the scope and budget of the solution, collaborating with the AI delivery manager.

You ensure that your team follows best development practices and identify, analyze, and contribute to the development of best practices within the technology department.

A day at Moov AI:

Your day begins with a project stand-up and a brainstorming session with the team to discuss the solution's direction and address a challenging technical issue. Then, you work on a proposal for an upcoming significant project, researching available technologies to solve the client's business problem, proposing solution architecture, and identifying project risks.

Your afternoon starts with a call with the sales team, where you assist with infrastructure-related questions to qualify a potential client. Next, you prepare for a client workshop you will facilitate next week to help define and assess the technical needs of a solution. During a coffee break, you address questions related to another project you support. Your day ends with work on internal tooling projects.

• You have solid work experience as an architect and several years of experience in the field.
• As a technical expert, you have been involved in resolving complex situations or problems. 
• You have practical experience in software development. You are familiar with good practices in software and cloud architecture.
• You have an excellent understanding of machine learning and data science. 
• You possess a broad understanding of machine learning and solution design in the context of applied AI. 
• You comprehend business challenges.
• You have experience in client management and delivery in a consulting process. 
• You are adept at communicating with your team and can convey your expertise and explain your decisions to a non-technical audience.
• You can easily switch between a macro and micro approach. 
• You are agile; you understand the importance of a good plan, and your humility and listening skills allow you to adjust it based on learnings and discoveries throughout your clients' AI journey.
• You are not afraid to get hands-on with the code when needed to support your team.
• You are fluent in French and English.
