Being a Technology Director at Moov AI

As the Technology Director at Moov AI, you will be at the forefront of innovation, responsible for guiding the company's technological direction and strategy. While fostering creativity within our multidisciplinary teams, you will provide guidance and inspiration to ensure our clients can make the most of what technology has to offer.

You will support the technical architects and mentors within the company in fulfilling their roles, provide feedback, and make resources available to support their development.

You will develop strategies to meet the goals of your department in alignment with the company's mission. You will participate as a member of the management committee in defining Moov AI's overall strategy.

You will work closely with other leaders and technology partners to define needs and identify opportunities. You will prioritize and iteratively implement the company's technological roadmap in alignment with business objectives.

You will contribute to research and development, technological innovation, and oversee industrialization. You will manage and optimize the company's technological assets, including IT infrastructure, software, and systems. You will ensure compliance with relevant regulations, technological standards, and security measures.

You will support teams and, when necessary, clients on complex technical aspects and collaborate to define technical direction guidelines for projects. You will ensure excellent relationships are maintained with technical stakeholders on the client side.

You will mentor and proactively assist in the technical development of colleagues within the organization. You will collaborate to continuously improve processes and the overall quality of solutions.

Your passion for AI is contagious, and you will proudly share the team's achievements internally and through various events and channels, contributing to the democratization of AI.

Training, Certification, and Experience

• You have significant experience in a high-level technology role. 
• You have experience leading technology teams.
• Experience in defining and implementing technological strategies.

• You have work experience, typically demonstrated by several years in the field. 
• You have been involved in resolving complex situations or problems, either as a technical expert or in a leadership position, in order to fulfill responsibilities and address the issues inherent in the role.

Knowledge

• You have a broad understanding of machine learning, data science and solution design in an applied AI context.
  
• You understand business issues and have the ability to align technology with business goals.
  
• You are familiar with good software development practices. 
  
• You have a general understanding of good software and cloud architecture practices. 
  
• You have knowledge of relevant technological regulations and standards. 
  
• You are aware of the risks and issues related to artificial intelligence, including ethical considerations. 
• You are familiar with best practices in product development (industrialization).
• You have good mathematical, statistical, and probability knowledge.
• You are fluent in French and English.
