Being a Sales Director at Moov AI
As the sales director, you aim to propel the team further by advocating excellence and being results-oriented. There are no challenges you are not ready to take on. You coach and guide the team in achieving the organization's sales goals, and propose initiatives to improve performance while adhering to best sales practices and tactics.


You define and implement Moov AI's sales process and adjust strategies based on market changes. Also, as a member of the management committee, you contribute to defining Moov AI's overall strategy.


You maintain business relationships with current clients by being proactive in generating recurring revenue and securing new business in key accounts and complex sales scenarios.


You help clients identify and understand business opportunities that AI can offer, using a consultative approach to understand the client's challenges and working with the technical team to develop a tailored solution.


Finally, you initiate discussions with potential clients and represent the company in meetings or professional events to promote Moov AI's activities, brand, products, and services.


Daily typical day at Moov AI:

A typical day for you starts with a meeting with colleagues from your department to discuss sales goals and relevant activities. While you also have scheduled interactions with current and potential clients, you dedicate time to strategic thinking and supporting the sales team's development to ensure constant improvement.

Job requirements

What you bring to the team:

  • You have a solid work experience, translated by several years in the field.
  • In a leadership position, you have contributed to solving complex problems.
  • You have a deep understanding of our services and knowledge of AI concepts.
  • You have experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.), and you are also comfortable with the Microsoft Suite.
  • You have a good network of contacts.
  • You are bilingual (French and English).
