Tech Lead - Data Development

To fulfill our mission of increasing companies' productivity through the practical use of artificial intelligence, we need your expertise.

We are currently looking for a Tech Lead in Data Development to join our Delivery team.

With your sharp business acumen and strong technological expertise, you will develop AI solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. For you, deploying technologies is key to helping clients improve their performance. Using emerging technologies, you’ll find simple answers to complex problems.

What you’ll be doing

• Define the technological direction of AI solutions, identify required features, and translate business needs into technical considerations (UX requirements, interface strategies, AI models, etc.).

• Lead by example, supporting your team to ensure high-quality deliverables, and assist colleagues in resolving complex technical challenges.

• Deploy and adjust the tech strategy within the project, taking into account client environment constraints and risks—while contributing directly to the development with the team.

• Ensure all stakeholders (clients, project managers, developers) clearly understand the technological approach and the project's associated risks.

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to assist clients with change management, ensuring strong adoption of the AI solution.

In a constantly evolving tech landscape, we value curiosity and a willingness to learn new tools above all. That said, experience with the following is a plus:

• Python

• SQL

• Cloud technologies (Google Cloud, Azure, AWS)

• Terraform

You have a solid background in software development and a strong understanding of best practices in software and cloud architecture. With over 7 years of professional experience, including significant time in consulting, you’ve worked on a wide variety of projects across industries and built deep expertise along the way. You've mastered leading-edge technologies and played a key role in the success of past projects.

You’re adaptable and comfortable with the fast-paced, ever-evolving AI industry. You understand the value of agile, iterative planning, and you’re humble enough to adjust based on what you and your clients learn along the way.

You're a natural leader—people are inspired by your pursuit of excellence and your drive to make technology truly useful, scalable, and sustainable. You’re experienced in client management and solution delivery in a consulting context.
