Technical lead - data science

We are currently looking for a Technical Lead in Data Science to join us.

You will play a central role in our project development teams, working closely with strategists, data developers, and analysts. Your data science expertise and your ability to support your colleagues will directly contribute to the success of our clients' projects.

Your Future Responsibilities

• Define client solutions: Collaborate with teams to identify technical needs, estimate efforts, and translate business requirements into tangible solutions.
• Strategize and execute projects: Deploy tailored technological strategies, ensure high-quality deliverables, and support clients in adopting the solutions.
• Support the technical team: Address complex challenges, assist the team with technical hurdles, and actively contribute to solution development.
• Apply best practices: Ensure adherence to top development practices and enhance standards within the technology department.
• Mentor and develop the team: Foster professional growth among colleagues, provide feedback, and participate in technical recruitment.

Job Requirements

As a Technical Lead in Data Science, you will hold a pivotal role within our technological leadership team. Your expertise and leadership will be essential in shaping solution architecture, selecting relevant models, and ensuring deliverable quality.

You will ensure that all stakeholders—clients, project managers, and the technical team—understand the technological and scientific approaches, as well as any associated risks. Collaborating with clients, you will guide them through change management to ensure seamless adoption of proposed solutions.

Drawing on your experience, you will support the team in solving complex problems while actively contributing to solution modeling and development as needed. You are comfortable diving into the code to ensure project success.

You stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, which you incorporate into the team's daily activities. Additionally, you act as a mentor to your colleagues, fostering their professional development and strengthening their skills.
